Great stay at the Hampton Inn while in the area for a business meeting. The staff member at the front desk was incredible; he was warm, welcoming, and going above and beyond expected service! He even offered to bring a meal service delivery up to my room while I was on an evening business call so that my food wouldn't get cold. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name. Room was spacious, clean and neat, although a bit tricky to figure out how to work the blinds (small button near the top automatically raises/lowers the blinds). Love that I could pick a room on the app, used advice from other reviews to get one away from street and parking lot. I was very pleasantly surprised at how great my stay here was.

Giving this place an overall 4/5. It was a great stay, very clean hotel, friendly welcoming staff. Decent for the price too (call to match the price you see online). Safe location and free parking we're a plus! The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and a great staff to match. It varied each day between a wide selection of eggs/omelettes, meats, potatoes, grits, biscuits, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, spreads, juices, hot coffee and tea. Only thing is sometimes noisy upstairs guests- we mentioned to the hotel and they offered to move us in the middle of the night. Try to get a room on the top floor.

The room had a funny smell but overall was ok. Would’ve been nice if dinner service would’ve been available. The pool was under construction but we were able to use the hotel across the street to swim. Good location for us only because of Lego land.

We stayed four nights here. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The building is new and clean.The breakfast was convenient. Thank you and we loved this place!

My family and I are regulars at this hotel due to my business back and forth in Carlsbad. One of the Employees in this hotel is so awesome!!! If I am not mistaken her name is Guia? I see her at the front desk sometimes. Very welcoming and professional. Makes us feel at home. I wonder what happened to her, as I don't see her anymore. She even helped us with the coffee and breakfast. Hotel-wise, I would say that the rooms are clean and the place. A little too cramped for me though. But you cannot beat the location of this hotel. It's close to everything. However overall experience, I must say that I like it but it could have been better. Experience wise, Homewood Suites next to this hotel is a tad better compared to this Hampton Inn

Clint and Chris at the front desk are wonderful people. They will make you feel you're glad to be here. Breakfast is one of the best free ones you'll find at a standard Hampton Inn. Very clean rooms.

Stayed there for a night with kids,a typical Hampton inn experience, Great service,cozy rooms and delicious complimentary breakfast. Hotel has plenty parking.
